18th - Montmartre

Our districts

18th - Montmartre

The artists' village, its cobbled lanes and its view over all of Paris.

Perched on the Butte, Montmartre has kept its village soul: the white domes of Sacré-Cœur, the painters of Place du Tertre, the last vineyard in Paris and the cabarets of the Belle Époque. Below, the Abbesses with their bistros, boutiques and artists' cafés make up one of the most romantic districts in the capital.
